1. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Telephone orders can be placed during normal business hours, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (pacific time) Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays) by calling (805) 323-OPAS (6727).

2. Payment and Sales Tax

Presently, Opas Soap accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express through secure online transactions through Paypal.

Because Opas Soap operates in California, we are required to collect 9% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

3. Order Status / My Account

If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate, and are for the production time needed to complete your items. Shipping transit times add one to three days to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination.

You may also check your My Account profile for updates on the status of your order. Once an item has been shipped, this information will be reflected in My Account. If you wish to speak with us, please call (805) 323-OPAS (6727) Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (pacific) or contact us anytime via email.

4. International Orders

At this time, Opas Soap cannot ship direct items outside the 48 contiguous states. For special information or requests please email us.

5. Security and Privacy

6. Shipping Methods and Charges

Standard shipping charges are based on USPS shipping costs and calculated directly by USPS.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on original sealed like new condition products. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please notify Opas Soap by phone, fax, email or letter, stating the reason for the return. You might however, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us with the details and we will do our best to satisfy you.

Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had.

Cancellations: Opas Soap works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (same business day of placing your order) at (805) 323-OPAS (6727) and we will do our best to cancel your order.
